Appointments

• Using our website, you can reschedule your appointment(s) up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
• To cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please call us for assistance.

Deposit Payments

• All appointments are require a 50% deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
• Collected deposits are Non- Refundable, in most cases, when cancelling services, deposits can be applied as credit to future invoices, or refunded in the form of a Gift Card.
• Collected deposits are non refundable in the event of a no show and/ or no call for your scheduled appointment.
• In the case that VIP Surface Concepts collects a deposits, and has to reschedule or cancel services, customer has the opportunity to receive a refund of full deposit amount.
