Appointments:
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via our website.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, please contact us directly for assistance.
Deposit Payments:
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment and secure your service.
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, in most cases, they can be applied as a credit toward future services or refunded in the form of a Gift Card if you choose to cancel.
- Deposits will be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or failure to call prior to your scheduled appointment.
- If VIP Surface Concepts must reschedule or cancel your appointment, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit at that time.
By submitting your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, which is legally binding upon receipt of the deposit.
